Care from a provider who actually listens
Phoebe Nyabando
APRN, MSN, MN
Phoebe Nyabando is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who founded New Dawn Psychiatry on the belief that mental health care should be both rigorous and deeply personal. She specializes in medication management for adults navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, anger issues, bipolar disorder, sleep difficulties, and ADHD.
While Phoebe is not a therapist, she integrates supportive counseling into every session — including Christian counseling for clients who want their faith to be part of their care. Every treatment plan is built around the individual: their goals, their history, and what they actually want their life to look like.
Phoebe sees patients across Minnesota via secure telehealth. Appointments are unhurried, with time to ask questions and build a plan together.
